General Operative - Traywash

HYGIENE OPERATIVE
WF6, NORMANTON
4 DAYS, 4 OFF, 4 NIGHTS, 4 OFF
6AM TO 6PM & 6PM TO 6AM
Salary: £10.00 > £13.67 p/h (dependant on Volume stacked)
Our well established client in Normanton needs committed regular workers for their Traywash operation. Successful candidates will receive a set shift pattern and will receive training on the FLTs in a 12 week Temp to Perm contract period!!!
This role is very hard working and physically demanding, it can be wet and there is some waste around from the operation.
 
 
The Role:

• De-stacking of trays and separation for loading
• Loading the automated machinery with dirty trays from Warehouses
• Stacking clean trays for goods out
• Occasional sortation of trays into order
• QA of trays to ensure good cleanliness after the process
• Pay good attention to detail
• No shifts or hours are cancelled, its regular but HARD work
• Potential of direct employment and FLT course
• Working at very high speeds and meeting company targets (KPI's)
• Work with team colleagues to ensure the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness, and complies with company and legislative standards at all times.

• Driven and motivated to achieve targets set
• Punctual and excellent attendance records
• You will be very physically fit to keep up with the workload
• This is a very demanding role fitness wise
• Manual handling up to 25kg
• Will be flexible to do overtime, also work at short notice
• Will be motivated and look for long term work (as our client is looking to keep staff who he can train for long term work)
