On-Site Contract Coordinator
Location: Stoke on Trent (ST4) 
£10.50 p/h - starting at

General Purpose: To support the Contract Manager and onsite team to deliver outstanding experience to our client and temporary workers whilst promoting Encore's core values at all times.

Working Days / Hours: Mainly Mon - Fri between 6am & 6pm but some flexibility may be needed during our busy periods
Reports to: Contract Manager

Responsible for: Onsite administration & flexi worker experience on assignment

  • Dealing with absence, wage and holiday queries with empathy and understanding
  • Accurately update Encore's worker management system
  • Ensure all workers have the right to work and all documents are added to internal system ready for payroll and adding new starter packs and inductions
  • Assist the Contract Manger and Admin team with payroll deadlines in an efficient and timely manner
  • Supporting candidates registering on the online registration portal
  • Preparation of induction packs ready for new starter inductions
  • Be responsible for forms and documents being readily available for the contract team
  • Control of stock and issuing of PPE to temporary staff as well as the management of deductions
  • Uploading worker documents and forms to temporary workers files online
  • Adhere to PPE sign-out procedure to ensure there is no loss to the P&L
  • Work with contract team to ensure the client's staffing requirements are filled to reduce the loss of earnings through missed bookings
  • Attract, screen, recruit and induct a temporary workforce to meet client requirements whilst adhering to employment law legal requirements
  • Place adverts in line with legal requirements
  • Perform return to work interviews and regular engagement or staff welfare surveys as part of ongoing staff welfare
  • Manage performance of temporary workforce whilst giving constructive feedback to increase productivity on the shop floor
  • Develop relationships with your key stakeholders and become a expert of your clients business to help understand temporary workforce requirements
  • Screen candidates and use the interview diary to book registrations and inductions in
  • If using the ERT team, provide regular feedback in regards to the calibre of candidates
  • Manage temporary workers performance as per the SLA to ensure that clients and workers are consistently satisfied and hitting performance KPI's
  • Perform daily check ins or managing lead colleagues who will assist with check ins
  • Management of holiday authorisation for temporary workforce
  • Control of stock and issuing PPE to temporary staff
  • Cover of out of hours hour mobile to ensure any no shows from temporary workforce are backfilled
  • Support the Contract Manager with any day to day tasks they may require and need support with

Ideal Candidate:
  • Have competent IT skills
  • Has a full U.K driving licence
  • Previous recruitment experience advantageous but not essential
  • Ability to work as part of a team
