Recruitment Resourcer

Encore Personnel are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to be based within the Telford branch in Wellington. This is a permanent position for the right candidate.

Job Title:    Recruitment Resourcer
Hours:        Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm
Salary:       Up to £24,000 per annum dependent on experience
 
General Purpose:                To grow the division through ensuring best in class service to candidates and clients.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
SERVICE

• Achieve daily and weekly activity targets for Client Calls, Client Meetings, Candidate Calls, and Registrations
• Be known by all user clients and candidates through constant contact and rapport building
• Deliver excellent customer service
• Maximise margins through utilising all available sources of candidates
• Deal with all clients and candidates in a professional, approachable manner to ensure buy in from all involved
• Maintain a pool of quality candidates available at all times
• Cover the out of hours phone
• Monitor candidate's performances daily and weekly to ensure that the client and the candidates are satisfied

SYSTEMS

• Follow all standard operating procedures (SOP's)
• Be an expert on our CRM system
• Support branch Meetings daily
• Comply to all legal areas
• Ensure all timesheets are obtained and checked weekly
• Comply with all legal requirements
• Maintain a clean, productive and organised working environment

ESSENTIAL CHARACTERISTICS
Smart and articulate
Attainments:
Full driving license
Ability to demonstrate a track record of customer service delivery
Circumstances:             
Must be committed to getting the job done and be willing to have responsibility for the out of hour's phone.
