Role: Recruitment Resourcer (no sales !)
Salary: Up to £25k per annum (depending on experience) £30k OTE
Location: Northampton
 
Due to contract wins and further expansion, our Energy Division are looking for an outgoing and personable Recruitment Resourcer to join them in a permanent position.

The Job & Team 
As a Resourcer, you will be working within our well-established service team, finding candidates to fill our live vacancies. Candidate facing only, with opportunities to progress.
 
Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Sourcing and screening applicants for suitability based on each position. 
• Advertising for applicants using the latest job boards. 
• Managing candidate availability and keeping the team updated with this. 
• Working towards achievable weekly targets. 

 
 Essential Criteria: 

• Previous experience working within recruitment - any sector. 
• Computer literate, including experience using Microsoft applications.  
• A dynamic and likeable character, who is willing to go the extra mile. 
• Driving licence is advantageous but not essential
