Role: Machine Operator  
Pay: Up to £25,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Summary:
This is an exciting opportunity to work for a leading manufacturer of electronic equipment, in the Warwick area. This well-established company are looking to recruit a Machine Operator to join their team due to having an expanding order book and an upcoming retirement. This is a job for life, with the majority of the workforce having worked for 10 years with the company. The company have specialised machinery for their industry, so are looking for someone to join them with a core function of machine operating, which can then be built upon.
 
The Role:
The successful Machine Operator will be:

• Running bespoke machinery to produce electronic components
• Working with the computer based software to change setting to customers order
• Working from engineering drawings and diagrams
• Performing quality checks for each batch produced

• Experienced working as a machinist - ideally up to setting level
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Someone willing to learn and develop into their career
• Computer literate and have a good understanding of maths
• A high attention to detail

• Permanent role, working directly with the company from day 1
• Salary of up to £25,000 per annum depending on experience
• 23 days annual leave, which can increase with length of service
• Overtime available during the week, which is paid at time and a half
