Encore Personnel's Engineering and Manufacturing Division in Leicester are growing again! Established in 2002, Encore Personnel has grown to become one of the UK's leading Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment specialists within the temporary and permanent Markets.

We are looking for an Engineering Resourcing Specialist to join the team. The Division has gone from strength to strength over the past couple of months, with our client base, candidate base and our team all growing!

This position will be best suited to a result driven and motivated person with excellent communication skills. The position would be a candidate focused role, where you will specialise in sourcing exceptional talent to support our clients.
Responsibilities will include:

  • Creating an active pipeline of strong candidates for current and future bookings
  • Sourcing quality candidates from adverts response, job boards, social media, marketing and in-house database
  • Updating and maintaining in house system at all times
  • Pre-screening candidates over the telephone
  • Being the initial point of contact for candidates, and managing them through their candidate journey
  • Working closely alongside the rest of the team to have a clear idea of urgent requirements
 Skills required to be successful:
  • Attention to detail
  • Great communication skills
  • Previous recruitment experience would be advantageous but no essential
  • Excellent level of IT, administrative skills
  • Strong ability in understanding requirements for the purpose of sourcing quality candidates
  • Ability to deliver results at short notice by being highly proactive
  • Motivated and hard-working
  • Extremely target driven
  • Willingness to learn and develop
