Encore Personnel's Engineering and Manufacturing Division in Leicester are growing again! Established in 2002, Encore Personnel has grown to become one of the UK's leading Engineering and Manufacturing recruitment specialists within the temporary and permanent Markets.

We are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join the team. The division has gone from strength to strength over the past couple of months, with our client base, candidate base and our team all growing!

The role is a role that you can make your own, bringing your fresh ideas into the business, progressional opportunities in several directions and an opportunity to shape the service team!

Responsibilities will include:

• Focusing on the end to end recruitment process ensuring quality throughout
• Sourcing quality candidates from adverts response, job boards, social media, marketing and in-house database
• Nurturing relationships with existing clients and candidates across a variety of skill sets 

• Understanding of the whole recruitment process
• A proven track record in a Recruitment Resourcer or similar role within an agency environment where you can demonstrate your historic performance results within recruitment
• Great communication skills
• Excellent level of IT, administrative skills
• Leading by example - being the 'go to person'
• Ability to deliver results at short notice by being highly proactive
