Encore are on the lookout for a talented Internal Recruiter to join the team. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven and ambitious individual to take the lead on internal recruitment for a leading recruitment business, attracting and recruiting talent across all UK offices. 
Your new role:

  • Ownership and responsibility for all internal recruitment activity across the business.
  • Working closely with our Senior Management Team and Divisional Managers to establish recruitment needs.
  • Attraction of quality candidates to introduce to the business via headhunting, LinkedIn, social media, job advertising and CV sourcing.
  • Conducting initial telephone screens/interviews to assess candidate suitability. Submitting candidates to managers, arranging interviews through to candidate feedback and offer negotiation. 
  • Achievement of recruitment KPIs.
  • Delivering against Internal Recruitment strategy projects.Striving for continued process improvement and innovation in relation to Encore's candidate attraction strategy and candidate experience. 
  • Relationship management of Encore's approved recruitment partners.
  • Coordinating, resourcing for and running assessment events as appropriate.
  • Supporting the HR team with HR projects and queries.
The Package
  • Up to £32,000 per annum dependent upon relevant experience plus bonus

The Candidate
  • Previous internal recruitment experience is required for this role ideally with previous experience in headhunting and hiring of sales staff, however we will consider applications from candidates with agency recruitment experience (permanent recruitment). 
  • Some HR experience would be advantageous. 
  • Ability to quickly build rapport with internal stakeholders within Encore and external candidates.
  • Strong communication skills. 
  • Tenacious and results driven.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple, changing priorities and work at pace. 
  • Ability to identify, propose and deliver process improvements and IR strategies.
