Maintenance Engineer

£25000 - £29000 per annum

The company I am representing specialise in heavy duty axles and suspension parts for HGV trailers and agricultural machinery, looking for someone to provide maintenance support across their assembly line to ensure efficiency is to its highest. 

The hours are a rotating shift pattern, rotate every two weeks:
Working as part of a 4 man team

  • (6:00am - 14:00pm - Monday to Friday)
  • (14:00pm - 10.30pm - Monday to Thursday and a 20.00pm finish on a Friday)
  • Nut runners
  • Air tools
  • PLC Controlled machinery
  • Rotational/Electrical testing machinery
  • Overhead and Jib cranes
  • Assembly lines (manual)
  • Limited conveyor systems.
  • Jigs

  • Multi-skilled (electrical/electronic bias)
  • Ability to fault find/ adjust PLC's/ PLS controls (NO programming required)
  • Suitably qualified/ apprentice trained
  • Able to read schematics/ technical drawings
  • Solid fault finding and repair ability
  • Engineering knowledge
  • Engineering/assembly/manufacturing background
  • Flexible/adaptable

This is an exciting opportunity for a Skilled Paint Sprayer to join a well-known company in the Leicester area. This role is working an afternoon shift of 14:00PM-00:30AM Monday to Wednesday, and 14:00PM to 21:20PM on a Thursday. Our client is offering a pay rate of between £12.00-£13.00 per hour.
The Job 
As an experienced Paint Sprayer you will be joining our client who are specialists in their industry and have products that are known globally due to their high quality. Your role as a Paint Sprayer will include responsibilities such as Paint spraying large and small components, working independently and as part of a team, and quality checking finished products.

  • Previous Paint Spraying experience
  • Able to mix own paints
  • Can work unsupervised
