Senior Contract Manager/ Regional Manager - Managed Services - Onsite

Basic Salary- Up to £33,000 bonus & amazing benefits package
The Role:
As we continue to grow, we are hiring a Senior Onsite Contract Manager to oversee recruitment activity at multiple locations within the East Midlands area.
 
To succeed in this role, you will have previous recruitment sector experience managing multiple locations or teams. Key elements of the role include:
 

  • Managing and overseeing multi-site recruitment operations and small teams of staff.
  • Recruiting, developing and performance managing recruiters onsite.
  • Driving client and customer service in line with agreed SLAs and KPIs.
  • Ensuring staffing levels are maintained for all contracts in line with forecasts and plans.
  • Continuous improvement through identification and action planning of potential issues.
  • Auditing employee information to ensure all is correct and legislative checks have been conducted.
  • Conduct regular service review meetings with end customers.
  • Daily update calls with onsite contract managers to understand changes to temporary staff numbers at each location.
 
This is an operational recruitment management role and the successful candidate will demonstrate strength of character, a willingness to be hands on and the flexibility to juggle priorities at short notice. 
 
The role will involve significant travel between a variety of company locations and occasional overnight stays as well as the potential for long working days.
