Our prestigious client are looking for a storesperson/yardsperson to work in Heanor.
SHIFT: Days - Monday to Friday 39 hours
Storesperson/Yardsperson - Heanor - Permanent
The Role:

• To carry out all duties necessary in a timely and professional manner in order to meet cost and delivery targets.
• To identify and, where possible, offer solutions to Stores operation and process issues.
• General housekeeping of stores & yards and other areas
• Highlight any stock & safety issues immediately
• To support other stores personnel in the execution of their duties to ensure cost and delivery targets are achieved.
• Ensure that best practices in relation to Health Safety & Environmental are adhered to at all times.
• Wherever possible assist all members of the Company including engineering and projects in the continual development of the  Product.
• The personal control of job time bookings and document control.

• Understanding and application of Health Safety & Environmental requirements.
• Understanding and application of quality plans.
• Proficient communication and administrative skills with an ability to get on with people at all levels.
• Inventory control warehouse processes
• WMS systems booking in/out
• Full/clean UK Driving Licence
• FLT (Counterbalance)

• Numerate and Analytical
• Friendly and professional attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work under pressure
• Organisation and Planning
• Ability to work on own initiative
