Encore are looking to recruit a Service Client Coordinator, to work within our Coventry based Engineering and Manufacturing division. This position will be heading up the recruitment for several of our biggest accounts and taking responsibility for the day to day administration. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress in their career, as this role could evolve into Account Management.
 
As a Client Coordinator the role will involve...

• Sourcing candidates to fill current roles with our key clients
• Vetting and interviewing candidates for these roles
• Managing ad response and incoming traffic from social media posts
• Creating marketing material for social media posts and adverts
• Tracking candidates through the recruitment process, including regular communication throughout the journey
• Liaising with both the client and candidate
• Administrative tasks such as CV formatting, email confirmations, right to work checks etc.

• A people person with a strong background in customer service
• Experience within recruitment of any sector
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Excellent level of IT and administrative skills
• A hardworking, motivated individual, who is results driven

• Salary up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience
