recruitment agencies by joining our Industrial divisions team based in Birmingham city centre.
The role of a Resourcer is key to our daily operations, understanding your clients requirements
by gaining their trust and confidence to source them the ideal candidate to join their team.
Ideally you will be comfortable with making and receiving telephone calls, speaking with a wide
variety of candidates and clients to assist with their requirements, whilst delivering a 1st class service.
Your new role:
Establishing your clients recruitment needs
Building and developing client and candidate relationships.
Responsibility for recruitment, resourcing and service activity
Utilizing social media, job advertising platforms ,CV sourcing
Candidate attraction to introduce and supply to your client base
Conducting telephone screens/interviews to assess suitability
Ensuring service level commitments are achieved
Maintaining a continual supply chain
Skills and experience:
Good IT skills
Working within a Team
Good organisational skills
Excellent attention to detail
A confident and comfortable telephone manner
Understanding and delivering good customer service
