Our Birmingham Location are looking for an Specialist Recruitment Administrator to join their Recruitment Team. We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual with customer service, to offer excellent service and delivery to our ever-growing temporary workforce, client base and staff.
This role is fast paced and involves a lot of attention to detail, patience and customer service. You will be based on a busy reception and be responsible for the meeting and greeting of candidates.  The environment is fun and busy with a big focus on teamwork and support. This is role is offered on an apprenticeship basis. This is an opportunity to study the Business Administration apprenticeship course.
 
The Role involves: -

• Phone answering
• Meeting and greeting flexi workers
• Booking individuals in for interviews
• Taking and recording queries from flexi workers
• Updating candidate records on our inhouse recruitment system
• General administrative tasks as required
• Processing reference requests
• Taking Post
• Scanning, copying and Filing
• Stock ordering and reconciliation
• Making refreshments
• 20% off the job learning towards gaining Business Administration apprenticeship qualification

The Candidate should: -

• Have excellent time keeping
• Have an excellent phone manner
• Be organised
• Be Willing to learn
• Be proficient with computer systems, including intermediate level in Microsoft packages: Word, Excel, Outlook and some PowerPoint
• Have excellent attention to detail
