     **Trade Counter Assistant - Marston Green**
Monday to Friday - 07:30 to 17:30 - £9.50 Per hour
   Immediate Starts Temporary-to-permanent role
 
 
Encore Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are based in the Marston Green area. Due to sustained growth now actively looking for a Trade Counter Assistant to join their team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Working for a global leader in innovation, design, manufacture and distribution of tile kitchen, and bath products.

Working Hours / Pay

• Monday - Friday 7.30-5.30pm
• 1 half day Saturday every 2 months
• Starting salary £9.50 per hour will be reviewed after 12 weeks

• Carrying out warehouse processes, order picking and preparation
• Greeting and assisting customers
• Working the EPOS systems
• Managing returns process ensuring goods return are in returnable condition and refuse returns if not
• Ensure all collections are signed, scanned, and uploaded on SAP
• Be part of the warehouse team to ensure orders are ready for collection in advance and customer experience is positive
• Maintain good standard of hygiene at all times in the work area

• A good level of verbal, written and numerical literacy

• MS office knowledge an advantage.

• Ideally previously worked in a construction or diy trade environment
