Pallet Racking Team Leader

                             **Installer - Monday to Friday - Permanent role - £27K Per Annum**
                                                   **40 Hours per week - 08:30 to 17:30**
**Location: Head Office Walsall - WS9 - Will be required to work at different locations across the UK**

Encore Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are based in the Walsall area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and dismantling Pallet Racking, Drive in Racking, Cantilever Racking, Longspan and retail shelving.
• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Managing a small team and making sure that the works are carried out in line with H&S guidelines
• Making sure the installation is carried out to manufacture specs (frame orientation, bracing pattern, row spacer locations, shimming, bolting ect)
• Making sure site is cleared and tidy on job completion
• Travelling to and from jobs within the UK.
• Wiling to work away when required

• Full UK driving licence
• Teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Flexibility with working hours
• Flexibility with working days
• Comfortable working at heights
• Ability to solve problems
• Has the ability to understand Corel/CAD drawings/plans.

• Hold a forklift truck licence
• IPAF, Seirs and CSCS card holder
• Experience working with hand tools
• Experience working in a similar role
