Encore are looking for a Recruitment Account Manager to manage and develop a portfolio of Encore’s existing clients within the Industrial recruitment sector in Slough.

Your New Role:

  • Manage a portfolio of Encore’s accounts – client relationship management and resourcing.
  • Rapport /relationship building, service visits, networking.
  • Attracting, screening and introducing candidates to meet your client’s requirements.
  • Managing recruited candidate’s performances and troubleshooting any issues to ensure that clients are consistently satisfied.
  • Staying on top of competitor activity so we are able to maintain market leader status.
  • Drive through innovations that improve our value proposition to clients and candidates.

What would make a successful Account Manager at Encore Personnel?

  • A minimum of 1 year + experience in a customer service role is essential.
  • Recruitment account management/ resourcing experience would be highly advantageous but not essential.
  • Highly motivated and tenacious.
  • Strong commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Car owner and driver – essential.
