Job Role:This Service Engineer position is to cover mainly UK based servicing for absorber systems, gas detection systems and refill/refurbishment systems. The role will involve travelling to customer sites (90%), working from home (10%) and also travelling abroad for company training when required. You will be working a flexible day shifts and will be responsible for commissioning, maintenance, calibration and servicing. The role comes with a competitive package, company vehicle and company credit card. Typical Duties will involve:Commission and service absorber systemsRefill/Refurbish systemsMaintain, calibrate & service gas detection systemsTransport materials between customer sites and refill centreUsing mobile crane hoistsWorking with gas detection equipmentDesirable experienceHave to have a relevant Engineering qualification, Mechanical with experience in electrical or chemical.Be able to demonstrate ability to work with mechanical and electrical equipment.
