Hours: Monday - Thursday 7:30 - 16:30 & Friday 7:30 - 12:30

This company cater towards the pharmaceutical and food industry. They have a long-standing work force and are looking to bring on a confident TIG welder to join their ever-growing business.

• Almost all of the work will be bespoke, next to no batch work

• Be a confident TIG Welder and able to read engineering drawings

• Have worked within the pharmaceutical or catering sectors (Desirable)

MIG Welder Fabricator
Pay: £11.84 - £12.45 per hour (DOE)

This company are looking for a skilled fabricator/welder/fitter. This role is no bench jig position, they manufacture bespoke one of pieces so, no one job is the same as the next.
 
The Role:
For the role as a MIG Welder Fabricator,

• You will be working with the engineering team to understand and work from fully detailed engineering drawings,
• You will be working on mild steel to create bespoke one off pieces,
• There will be some wood and plastic work for fabrication involved.

• You must be able to Fabricate,
• Be able to MIG Weld confidently from engineering drawings,
• If you have any DIY Fitting skills this would be Advantageous.

• Permanent position from day 1,
• Training and supervision can be given until you are read to work unsupervised,

Experienced Sheet Metal Worker

The Role:
For this role as a sheet metal worker you day to day tasks will be to:

• Fabricate predominantly with Stainless Steel on a variety of small and large components,
• Manually folding the metals with tooling,
• Working with a variety of hand and power tools such as: Drills/Saws etc,
• Almost all of the work will be bespoke, next to no batch work,
• You will be mostly fixing together already welded components.

• Be a confident Sheet metal worker and able to read engineering drawings,
• Hand and power tools knowledge,
• Have a 'can-do' approach to work, positive attitude and someone who is happy to jump in and help around the workshop where needed.

• Worked within the pharmaceutical or catering sectors (Desirable)

The Role:
For your role as a TIG Welder:

• You will be TIG welding on aluminium products such as cladding, flashings and guttering's up to 3mm,
• Working with sheet metal creating bespoke products,
• Working from technical engineering drawings

• You must be able to work unsupervised,
• Be able to work in a timely manner,
• Must be able to TIG weld independently,
• Must be able to read engineering drawings.
