VAN DRIVER NEEDED!

Van driver needed for a manufacturer & supplier of workplace storage equipment, vehicle conversions, assembly and mobility solutions.

Shifts:
• Monday - Friday
• AM shifts: 8:00 AM - 16:00 
• PM shifts: 16:00 PM - 00:30 

Job role will include:
• Moving vehicles from bays into the instillation department 
• All on site driving 
• Sorting paperwork for vehicles internally and externally to clients picking them up
• Walking around 12 miles a day 
• 8-10 hour shift

Pay rates:
• Mon to Fri AM - £11.18ph PAYE
• Mon to Fri PM - £13.13ph PAYE

The Candidate:
• A valid full category van/B1 licence
• Minimum 6 months Van driving experience required
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills
• Work well with others as part of a team
• Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail
• No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no DR/DD/BA offences please)

Shifts:

Duties:
• Drive the 7.5T Multi purpose exhibition, engagement and training vehicle to events
• Work as part of a team
• Assisting with setting up, opening and staying with vehicle
• Assist with cleaning and topping up the generator
• General duties

HGV class 1 shunter driver / Yard Person required for our client based in Coalville.

As successful Class 1 Shunter Driver / Yard Person, you will be working in a brand-new distribution centre in Bardon, near Coalville.
It is an on-going role on a rotational shift pattern - AM 0600-1430 & PM 1430 - 2300.

This role has the potential to become a permanent role for a right candidate. 

The job role of a shunter driver involves the following duties:

• Ensuring the safe movement of large vehicles and trailers around a construction site
• Adhering to strict health and safety guidelines
• Inspecting vehicles and trailers
• Coupling and uncoupling trailers
• Safely parking trailers
• Completing some warehouse and yard duties if required

• 6.00am - 2.30pm week one
• 2.30pm - 11.00pm week two
• Monday-Friday
• ASAP start

• Shunting around the yard
• Warehouse duties
• Executing full and empty trailer movements in a timely manner
• Carrying out instructions from inbound/outbound team
• Operate a counterbalance clamp truck - training provided
• Loading bales and waste into the stand trailer
