Class 2 Driver required for a position with our well-known client.

We have a prestigious company that has operated in the Midlands for many years, becoming a highly recognised and respected business within the building and construction sector.  The Driver will be placed on a permanent basis between Monday to Friday, with a short run also required every other Saturday (08:00 - 12:00). 
 

• Multi-Drop Deliveries
• Ensuring vehicles are loaded safely
• Carrying out vehicle checks
• Representing the company and providing customer service to customers
• Contribute ideas to move the branch forward
• General yard duties may also be required when requested by management

• The candidate must hold a clean full UK Driving Licence.
• The candidate must hold a HGV Class 2 Licence
• The candidate must hold a valid tachograph and have full CPC training
• A Hiab Licence is required in this role, however this training can be provided
• The candidate must be confident in completing vehicle checks and completing any required defects paperwork.
• The candidate must be actively seeking a long-term position.

• 5-11 drops per day.
• Handball is required, helping to load and unload the truck.
• Regional deliveries are expected.
• This is a permanent role.
• 07:15 Monday, 08:00 Tuesday start per day
