Job description
**Production Opreative - £9.5ph - Digbeth Birmingham B5**
**Will be relocating to Smethick**
**09:30 to 18:30 and 06:30 to 15:30 - Monday to Saturday**
Encore Personnel are proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client who are based in the Digbeth area of BIRMINGHAM B5. Due to sustained growth they are now actively looking for an Production to work in the factory on a temporary to permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working in the Production Area / Kitchen
- Moving stock from one site to another
- Repetitive work with some heavy lifitng involved
- Working with nourishment products such as: vitamins, supplements, protein powders etc
- Following instructions from recipes
- Measuring out ingredients
- Baking
- Mixing
- Piping work, piping ingredients into little moulds and food syringes
- Cleanliness of work area, cleaning as you go
- Any other duties as and when required
The Person:
- Reliable
- Punctual
- Self-motivated and able to work with little or no instruction
- Looking for an opportunity to work on a long-term basis with a potential opportunity to go permanent with the company
- Has the ability to work productively within a small team and off own initiative
- Has a good understanding of English both written and verbal
- Teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention-to-detail
- Flexibility with working hours/days
- Must have some catering or experience working in a kitchen
- Previous experience working within a food production environment or similar is essential

Mon - Fri, 6AM-4.30PM / 2PM-10PM/ 6PM-6AM
Salary: £9.36ph - £18.00ph
Working at one of our prestigious clients in Leeds as a Production Line Operative, within a busy manufacturing company.
This is a temporary ongoing position that could lead to permanent for the right candidate that meets all company standards and KPI's in place.
Expectations & Duties of a Production Line Operative:
- Operating and running of the line
- Inspecting & quality control of items
- Accurate completion of paperwork
- Pay good attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- Working at high speeds and meeting company target KPI's
- Work within a team to ensure the workplace environment is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and tidiness and always complies with company and legislative standards.
- Follow all our client's health and safety and good practice policies and procedures.
- Driven and motivated to achieve targets set
- Punctual and excellent attendance records
- You will have at least 6 months previous experience within a similar role
- You will have a good work history, showing Production Line Operative experience - (have an up to date CV).
- Manual handling up to 25kg
- Will be flexible to do overtime, also work at short notice
Forklift Drivers
FORKLIFT DRIVERS REQUIRED IN COVENTRY
40 Hours per week! Monday To Friday! £12.39 Per Hour!
Shifts:- 6.00 - 14.00 & 14.00 - 22.00

The Role
Working in a busy warehouse at our prestigious client who has a state of the art facility in Coventry!
- Handling products of different sizes and weights
- Operating the forklift counterbalance putting away goods in the racking
- Loading vehicles and offloading of vehicles using the Forklift truck
- General forklift duties
- Working in a busy warehouse where accuracy is vital
- Quality checking to make sure picks are completed correctly

Machine Operators Required in CV6
ROTATING SHIFTS: 06.00-14.00 & 14.00-22.00 & 22.00 - 06.00
Salary: £480 per week
**Earn £24900 Per Year!**
Overtime rates paying £17.98 up to £23.58 per hour!
