I have worked for five different recruitment agencies and Encore stands head and shoulders above the rest. The employee benefits are the best in the business and with the level of training provided and employee support, through constructive appraisals and intelligent Managers who actually focus on their employee’s personal development, all in all adds up to an employer I am very proud to work for.
 
Many employers claim to run their business with their employee’s welfare at heart but most fall well short of this mark the same cannot be said about Encore.

I have worked for Encore Personnel Services for 17 months, starting back in July 2009. During my career to date I have experienced personal development, training courses for career progression and a professional and successful atmosphere created through strong core values.
 
I originally chose Encore as I was looking for a company where I could build upon my previous sales experience in an environment where my performance could influence my career progression. I had never worked in recruitment before but at interview believed Encore had the makeup and work hard, play hard mentality I was looking for.
 
As a fresh recruit to the industry Encore have shown a professional approach to all aspects of their business, whether it be sales, staff development, account management or innovative systems to stay “one step ahead of the game”.  Encore has put me through a number of internal and external training courses to further develop me in my role. In particular the “Selling to Large Accounts course” improved my key skills in negotiation and account management, assisting me in winning and developing one of Leicester’s top five accounts. The assistance and coaching offered by Encore has given me the confidence to excel to levels beyond my experience and laid the foundations for, so far, a successful start to my recruitment career and I’m thankful to Encore for that.

I commenced my employment at Encore in 2005 as a Technical Servicer/Resourcer recruiting temporary shop floor engineering/technical staff.   As soon as I started my career at Encore, I was offered ongoing training as well as a personal development plan which has been instrumental in me being able to further my career to now be in the position of Senior Consultant.  The ongoing training and mentoring that I receive from the management team cannot be faulted and allows me the confidence and opportunities for further development.
 
Encore offers an environment which is both professional and social; mainly down to a work hard play hard culture.  The staff welfare which includes company days out, allows me as a consultant to socialise on a personal level which improves relationships in branch.
 
In summary my time here at Encore has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to the what my future here holds

I have worked for Encore Personnel Services now for nearly 3 years, and feel it is a great company it is to work for. Why is Encore so special to me? I started working for Encore as an Admin Assistant and through development and training they have helped me to progress to my current position of Branch Administrator. My job is very demanding, due to controlling all the branches payroll.  My work also includes checking that all legal requirements and obligations are met with and the hitting Head office central deadlines. Encore is always supportive in my work and if I’m under pressure on busier weeks, my work colleagues are always there to lend a helping hand.
Encore is like my second home and all my work colleagues are like my family. I recently had some bad news where I lost a close family member and I could not have asked for a better company to work for with all the support they have shown me with phone calls and cards I had from the Directors, my Manager and team.
 
I do not have any desire to leave Encore, I love my job the people I work with and the company’s morals, hopefully I will be here for a long time to come.
