The Role
Reporting directly to the Engineering Manager you will be managing a team of 12 engineers and contractors. Your primary objectives are as follows:
” Full accountability for the planned maintenance system
” Day to day management of the maintenance department
” Develop your team through a structured training programme
” Continual improvement on KPI’s relating to OEE, downtime, CI and cost savings

The Candidate
Candidates for this position must be driven individuals with a proven track record in engineering/maintenance management within food, fmcg or pharmaceutical manufacturing. We are looking for candidates who adopt an analytical and systematic approach. You must be able to demonstrate excellent people management skills, supported by expertise in implementing strategy and tactics to drive the department forward. This role offers a salary in the region of £45-50k with excellent career progression opportunities within a few years.
