Encore is recruiting for our Northampton Branch. We are looking for a driven, dynamic individual with proven sales ability to sell our recruitment services both over the phone and face to face. You will also have joint responsibility for managing our fast expanding client base.
The right applicant will be able to demonstrate a drive to succeed, an ability to develop relationships at all levels, have excellent communication skills, the ability to think on their feet, a be a strong time manager with a ‘can Do Attitude’.
The role has a strong emphasis on sales conversion and building long term business relations with both clients and our Temporary workforce.
Own car & driving license is essential.

Salary £18-£22k OTE £22-27k (dependant on experience)
