Encore retain their REC Audited Status

Encore Personnel Services have achieved the prestigious Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC) Audited Status, the recruitment industry’s most comprehensive regulatory audit, for the 4th time and achieved recognition for another 2 years.

REC Audited is a robust audit that validates compliance with the Employment Agencies Act and Conduct Regulations 2003 and the REC Code of Professional Practice. The REC team of professional auditors conducts a thorough audit of recruitment businesses, going through areas of compliance.

As a member of the recruitment industry’s trade body, the REC, Encore Personnel operate to high standards of professional conduct and Government regulations and are regularly inspected. Over and above, REC Audited is the gold standard of the recruitment industry and means Encore have been thoroughly and extensively checked for industry best practices and highest standards.

Greg Latham, Managing Director, commented, “We are delighted that we have been awarded with this prestigious accolade for the fourth time, after first receiving this standard in 2005.”

“We have passed the most comprehensive regulatory audit of its kind, a standard that less than 60 recruitment agencies in the UK hold and giving us the ability to demonstrate that we are positively committed to the highest recruitment standards possible.”

Encore Personnel specialise in the supply of blue-collar personnel (logistics, manufacturing and engineering, temporary and permanent) to industry throughout the U.K, employing over 2,000 temporary staff each week through its existing 8 locations and 24 divisions.
