Three in four employers expect to increase headcount

Almost three in four employers expect in increase their workforce over the next three months, according to the Recruitment & Employment Confederation (REC) July JobsOutlook.

The report shows 74% of employers expect to increase their workforce over the next three months, while 66% expect to increase their permanent workforce in the next 12 months.

Meanwhile, 76% of businesses are looking to either increase or maintain temporary staffing levels in the short term.
