Recruitment Specialist Expands into Birmingham

Businesses across the region are increasingly turning to temporary workers according to a report from the Recruitment and Employment Confederation. Nearly a quarter of employers (22 per cent) said they expect to increase their temporary workforce in the next three months, while twenty eight per cent said they were planning to take on more agency workers over the next 12 months.

On the back of these findings, January 2011 will see the opening of recruitment specialist Encore Personnel’s sixth location and 19th division. With the latest addition to the Encore family, the Birmingham branch will offer blue collar staffing solutions to warehouses and factories across the region. 

Encore have been covering the Birmingham area for the last 6 years from their locations in Coventry and Telford, but due to an upturn in business over the last 12 months they have decided to open up in Birmingham city centre.
