Encore invest in Online Timesheet and Document Checking Technology

A survey of Blue Collar companies carried out by Encore Personnel has revealed that one of the biggest concerns for businesses moving forward is the ability to control costs, especially in such unpredictable times.

Following the surveys finding’s Encore Personnel have conceived a unique online timesheet system which will allow clients the opportunity to log hours on a daily basis giving them real time information on expected expenditure for that week as well as being able to access previous week’s information at the push of the button.

Another issue that was raised in the survey was the legality and eligibility of candidates to work in the UK. With this is mind the system has also been designed to give clients the ability to check who is due to be working onsite as well as the relevant documentation to show the temporary workers eligibility to work and any relevant qualification documentation.
