Encore introduces web portal for clients
There is increasing pressure for companies within the food manufacturing industry to monitor compliance of both permanent and temporary staff to make sure that they are both legal and qualified to work. With this problem in mind Encore Food have invested in a web based client portal.
Encore Food, a specialist division within Encore Personnel, specialise in the supply of temporary, contract and permanent skilled staff to the food manufacturing sector. The web portal allows their clients to access, in real time, the qualifications, identification and references of the contractors working on site.
Ray Metcalfe, Operations Manager for Encore Food, stated ‘All passports and relevant qualifications are checked. Only at this stage will Encore represent the applicant for temporary assignments or permanent introduction.’
‘We are now able to offer all of this information to our clients at the press of a button. Simply by logging on to our website and entering their password a hiring manager can see all relevant documentation for every Encore contractor employed.’
