Encore Europe bridges the Skills Shortage Gap

A recent survey shows that a sixth of employers are struggling to fill key positions despite the current high levels of unemployment. Skills shortages are at the root of the problem, which has worsened since 2010 when one in 11 employers said they had difficulty finding the right candidate.

The survey questioned 2,100 UK employers to list the top 10 most difficult to fill job vacancies with Engineers coming top.

Encore Personnel are now able to bridge the gap between the UK’s skills shortages and the availability of overseas workers with a division dedicated to the recruitment of European Nationals, particularly from the recent accession state countries.
