We take our responsibilities to you very seriously and that is
why we make sure that we have procedures in place to ensure the
quality of our service.
Verbal and written references are taken on every suitable member
of staff we employ to ensure their suitability for our customers.
Our team co-ordinators and Account Managers work with you so that
productivity targets and work standards are at the levels agreed
in the Key Performance Indicators set up at the beginning of a contract.
A full appraisal of all parts of our agreement is conducted at
a time that suits you. We use these appraisals to address any issues
and to agree changes and improvements to our service.
Finally, in the rare case that a member of the Encore team is considered
unsuitable for their role and we are told within 8 hours then we
will provide a replacement and waiver for the hours initially accrued.
