Where appropriate we prefer to be involved in all new starter inductions.
It means that we can improve our understanding of your business
and prepare future staff in advance, saving you time at future inductions.
Our team of co-ordinators and account managers address day-to-day
issues and we make sure that timesheets for our staff are completed
correctly.
Where a training need arises. Encore can arrange for an account
manager to offer guidance until the job is mastered or the necessary
standard is reached. For example; all contracted staff can be tested
and trained in order to meet the due diligence requirements of Food
Hygene Regulations.
