6 Day Induction Course (Operational Staff only) – Run by the directors giving all new employees a complete overview of the recruitment process
IRP Membership – Become a recognised member of the institute of recruitment professionals – through external course investment you can improve your recruitment status. There are 3 different levels – AIRP, MIRP and FIRP
- AIRP (Associate of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals) – for professionals with at least 6 months experience
- MIRP (Member of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals) – for professionals who have at least 10 years experience in the recruitment industry, or you can fast track your way to MIRP Membership by having successfully completed an REC professional qualification such as the Certificate in Recruitment Practice.
- FIRP (Fellowship of the Institute of Recruitment Professionals) – for professionals with at least 15 years experience in the recruitment industry, or 10 years experience and the Certificate in Recruitment Practice, or 7 years experience and the Diploma in Recruitment Practice, or 5 years experience and the Degree in Recruitment Practice.

February 2005 – Promoted to Senior Consultant – built the Leicester team to 4 team members
June 2005 – Promoted to Divisional Manager and opened the Coventry Technical Division
January 2006 – Opened the Telford Technical Division
January 2007 – Opened both the Nottingham and Northampton Technical Divisions
August 2007 – Promoted to Technical Operations Manager
January 2009 – Opened the vertical markets for both Energy and European
