Having worked a self employed contractor for a number of years and dealt with   recruitment agencies, I have encountered numerous issues but since having been introduced to Encore I have had a completely different experience.  The staff at Encore clearly work closely together as a team and communicate well with each other and their clients.  .
Before offering me a placement they took the time to assess my skills and to find out what I was hoping for in the job. Whilst waiting for my placement to begin they kept me constantly updated with how things were progressing and provided clear information on the role and its requirements.
Encore are one of the easiest, most professional & reliable agencies to use and I would highly recommend them.

I came to work for your agency as a result of being made redundant by my company as a Distribution Shift Manager and I can always remember ringing you up and booking drivers for the previous company I worked for. I began driving for Encore in 2008, initially as a 7.5 tonne driver, before working my way up to 28 tonnes and then passing my class one licence. I now drive class one pretty much full time. Throughout Encore has helped me to gain the experience and opportunities I needed to develop my driving career, while supporting and encouraging my development along the way. Whenever I go to a job for Encore I know I will have been given the information I need to do the job well, and if a problem arises I know I can contact Encore 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and on the rare occassion there has been a problem Encore has acted swiftly and effectively to solve it.
