The Government has announced that the Agency Workers Directive implementation will not begin until after 1st October 2011. With the unemployment figure falling and the UK officially coming out of recession things are starting to look up for 2010.

Agency Workers Regulations, which implement the Agency Workers Directive, have now been published. The Regulations confirm that implementation will not begin until after 1 October 2011.
