Due to expansion we are currently looking to recruit a Consultant to be based at our Coventry office.
The role
We are recruiting for a 360 degree recruitment consultant, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle from selling to clients, resourcing suitable applicants and then managing the placement process. The role will be to work under the engineering banner, in a specialisation of blue collar contractors. If you have previous experience working within a specialist engineering discipline, you would be able to specialise in this discipline, for example energy, power stations.
The Candidate
We are looking for someone with a proven track record of success in recruitment, preferably the contract technical or engineering market place. Candidates should display a drive to succeed and have the ability to develop lasting professional relationships. A positive attitude, excellent communication skills, personal initiative and the ability to manage your own time.
In return you will receive a competitive salary, excellent commission structure, pension, health care, share options and 25 days minimum holiday per annum.
Own car & Driving License is essential.
