Encore require a Recruitment Service Coordinator/Account Manager for our busy Coventry Branch. Duties will include management and growth of existing accounts, offering our clients a diverse range of recruitment and personnel service solutions including training both over the phone and face to face.
Additionally, you’ll have responsibility for matching candidates to pre determined client vacancy requirements. The right candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent communication
skills, drive, determination. the ability to work well within a strong team environment and have a desire to progress their career into Business Development. Previous experience would be a bonus, but not essential. A full driving license and car is essential. Salary £15k - £17k per annum.
