Greg Latham
Managing Director

Before joining Encore, Greg was instrumental in creating one of the UK’s largest industrial temp suppliers in his role as Operations Director and instrumental in leading it’s Management Buy Out.

Greg has spent his career of over 20 years in the recruitment industry, holding senior management roles with Staffline and Blue Arrow before deciding to put his experience and expertise to the test by jointly setting up Encore.

Greg is married with three young boys who occasionally allow him time to pursue his interests in genealogy, historical biography and skiing.

Chris Hockey
Director

Chris is an industry veteran having been involved in the industry for more than 20 years. Chris worked as a regional manager at one of the Midlands leading temp suppliers before helping set up Encore where his interest and dynamism in developing new and better service concepts has proved invaluable to the company and its customers.

A keen rugby player he occasionally turns out for Leicester Lions RFC veterans. He is also an advanced skier, scuba diver, ardent walker (he completed the “Three peaks challenge” in 2006) and mountain bike rider (he finished the 169 mile coast to coast bike ride in 2001).

Ian Briers
Director

A founding partner of Encore, Ian has 14 years industry experience gained after a successful early career in financial services with the Halifax and others.

Ian demonstrated his flair for the industry when working with one of the Midlands leading temp suppliers; he was the top performing sales consultant over 3 consecutive years, winning many awards, before taking responsibility for Business Development.

His main responsibilities in Encore are primarily sales and operations.

Juggling a busy career and a hectic family life (4 lively young daughters) leaves Ian little spare time, which he uses preciously, covering many miles throughout Leicestershire on his road bike.
